Managing Your Arc Subscriptions
This article explains how to manage your Arc for TM1 subscriptions — including accessing your account, updating contacts, viewing invoices, and managing renewals.
How to Access Your Subscription
The subscription portal uses your Cubewise support platform account for authentication.
Log in at: support.cubewise.com
Once logged in, open a new tab and go to: myaccount.cubewise.com
If you are the Primary Contact (the contact who receives invoices), you will see the Home page with full account management options.
If you are not the primary contact and need to update the subscription, contact Cubewise support directly.
Contact Roles and Permissions
Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
Primary Contact | Manage subscription, receive invoices, generate licenses, update contacts |
Secondary Contact | Generate licenses only |
Reminder: One license must be generated on each server where Arc is installed — the license is per server, not per user.
Account Management Tasks
Update Contacts
From the Home page, the Primary Contact can add or update secondary contacts. All contacts can generate new licenses.
View Quotes
All quotes are available on the Quotes page.
View Invoices
All invoices are available on the Invoices page.
Renewal Information
On the Renewals page you will find:
Subscription status: Active or Expired
Frequency: Monthly or Yearly
Start Date, End Date, and Next Invoice Date
Total of the next invoice
Cancel or Update Quantity
Click on the Renewal ID on the Renewals page to:
Cancel the renewal
Update the number of users on the subscription
Update Credit Card
On the Credit Cards page, add a new card and then delete the previous one.
