Reset the Pulse Admin Password

If you have forgotten your Admin password this can be reset using the following steps (v5+ only): 

  1. Edit the Pulse.cfg file in the conf directory where Pulse is installed.

    Default: C:\Program Files\Pulse for TM1\conf\Pulse.cfg 

  2. Change the following setting Reset to true:

    [Password]
    Reset = false 

  3. Save the file.

  4. Restart the Pulse for TM1 Application Server Windows service
