Who is Using Pulse

Pulse tracks its own usage, giving administrators visibility into who is logged into Pulse and which features they are using. This is accessible under Administration.

Sessions Tab

The Sessions tab shows a summary of all Pulse users, including:

• Number of sessions per user

• Average session duration

• Last session date and time

Below the summary, a detailed list of all individual sessions is displayed, showing exact login and logout times.

Actions Tab

The Actions tab shows a summary of all Pulse features that have been used, including:

• A count of how many times each feature was accessed

• A detailed log of all individual actions taken within Pulse

This is useful for understanding how your team is using Pulse, identifying unused features, and auditing administrator activity.
