Accessing Arc Through Pulse

Starting with Pulse v6.2.1, you can open TM1 processes and rules directly in Arc from within the Pulse Model Spotlight feature. This provides a seamless link between Pulse documentation and the Arc development environment.

How It Works

When viewing a process in Model Spotlight, an Open Process Editor link appears in the top-right corner. Clicking this link opens that process directly in Arc, allowing you to view or edit the code immediately without leaving the Pulse context.

The same integration is available for cube rules.

Enabling Arc Links in Pulse

To enable the Arc links in Model Spotlight:

1. Go to Administration → Environments in Pulse.

2. For each environment, enter the Arc URL in the designated field.

3. Click Save.

Once saved, the Open Process Editor and Open Rule Editor links will appear in Model Spotlight when viewing processes and rules.
